Peace Soccer School Policies & Procedure
Introduction Peace Soccer School (P.S.S.) is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and development focused soccer environment for all players. These Policies and Procedures establish the standards for governance, participation, and conduct to ensure compliance with Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA), US Youth Soccer (USYS), and US Soccer Federation (USSF). All members of the Club agree to abide by these policies as a condition of membership. This document also links to official MYSA and USYS policies, guidelines, and forms that families, coaches, and staff must review and follow.
Registration Policies
Player Registration
All players must be officially registered through the designated online registration system used by Peace Soccer School.
During registration, each parent/guardian must carefully review and electronically accept the official Mass Youth Soccer Player Registration Waiver: Mass Youth Soccer Player Registration Waiver.
Players are not permitted to participate in practices, games, or scrimmages until their registration is completed and approved by the club.

Deadlines
Registration must be completed by the posted deadlines before each season (Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer).
Late registrations may be accepted only if roster space is available, and they may be subject to additional administrative fees.
Fees
Registration fees must be paid in full before a player is added to a team roster.
These fees cover the standard cost of practices, coaching, and regular season games.
Uniforms, tournament participation, special clinics, and travel expenses are billed separately and are not included in the registration fee.
Families with multiple children may be eligible for sibling discounts as outlined in the club’s pricing structure.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- If a player cannot be placed on a team due to roster limits or age group restrictions.
- If a medical condition, documented by a licensed healthcare professional, prevents the player from participating prior to the start of the season.
Once the season has begun, registration fees are non-refundable.
Special circumstances may be reviewed by the Program Director and Board, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Financial Policies
Peace Soccer School operates with transparency and accountability in its finances.
Dual Signatory: Michael Aziz, Officer, will act as the dual signatory on checks alongside the Program Director.
Financial records are maintained and available for review by the Board.
