Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read the following carefully.
By enrolling your child in Peace Soccer School (PSS), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and policies outlined below:

1. Christ-Centered Community

Peace Soccer School is a faith-based youth program rooted in Christian values. Our goal is to glorify God through physical activity, fellowship, and devotion. All participants and families are expected to uphold values of kindness, respect, humility, and love as modeled by our Lord Jesus Christ.

“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”

– 1 Corinthians 10:31

2. Assumption of Risk / Liability Waiver

While we strive to provide a safe, supervised environment for all participants, we recognize that sports activities inherently involve risk of injury. By registering, the parent/guardian understands and agrees:

- That their child is voluntarily participating in physical activity

- That PSS, its coaches, volunteers, churches, or staff will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during participation

- That it is the parent’s responsibility to notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or restrictions prior to participation

“The Lord will keep you from all harm—He will watch over your life.”

– Psalm 121:7

3. Photo & Video Consent

PSS may take photos and videos during practices or events for the purposes of:

- Sharing highlights with families

- Promoting PSS on our website or social media

- Celebrating the joy and growth of the participants

- By registering, you consent to your child’s image being used respectfully and joyfully for ministry-related purposes only. No names or personal details will be shared without permission.

- If you do not wish your child to appear in any photos or videos, please notify us in writing before the first session.

“Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”

– Matthew 5:16

4. Behavioral Expectations

All players are expected to show respect toward coaches, teammates, guests, and equipment. We ask that families support a spirit of encouragement and grace. Bullying, foul language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Peace Soccer School operates as a ministry with limited space. Due to shirt orders and field reservations, registration fees are non-refundable except in emergency cases approved by Mina Faltas.

In the event of weather cancellations, make-up sessions will be offered if possible.

6. Attendance Policy

We understand that life happens — however, please note that missed training sessions will still count toward the monthly program fee unless an emergency has been communicated directly to Coach Mina in advance. This helps us maintain fairness and consistency for all families and coaches.

Thank you for your understanding and commitment!
